I am living in Detroit Metro area and travel in dozens States, but never sow so beautiful bank, not only building but excellent staff.Britten Krieve, met me outside bank, when I came and worked with me in a high professional manner and a very friendly atmosphere with good sense of humor, very knowledgeable, very accurate and with a speed of light. EXCELLENT. Her rate is 10

Absolute honesty, complete and total transparency along with a proven willingness to go FAR beyond professional and fiduciary responsibilities - if these are the rare qualities you’re hoping to find in a banking partner then Josh Matties with FNBA is exactly with whom you need to speak. And, if Josh is any indicator at all of the staff culture at FNBA then I can’t imagine why anyone would ever bank anywhere else.The steps Josh took to assist me in solving a rather unique situation no others would even discuss with me was nothing shy of astounding. His mind seems to naturally focus solely on finding solutions even when he can’t directly assist himself, the man finds a way. In a time where most just tell you what they can’t do and try to get rid of you as quickly as possible because you don’t fit in their little box, Josh was an extremely valuable find indeed. I implore you not to take my word on this and speak to Josh Matties yourself; you’ll quickly find it to have been a good decision without a doubt.

Best bank I've ever worked with, and I've worked with a few in Europe and the US, none of them come close to the level of care the staff at FNBA gives to their customers. Whatever questions I've had they answered, everybody was very friendly and awesome to work with. I had some problems due to some amounts wrongfully placed on hold on my card by the hotel i was staying at, but David and Britten took charge and got my money taken off hold in record time, Britten even went the extra mile and kept watch on my account when I was overseas in Europe.The cashiers are also great, Victoria, Charris and Amber were always very friendly and always made sure any deposits or withdrawals i made were properly logged, always broke down the bills according to my needs at the time.I strongly recommend FNBA, it's very hard to find their level of professionalism these days

I cannot speak highly enough about the staff here at 1st National Bank. Lori, David and Victoria are all such wonderful people and are so very eager to help any time we have questions, bring in deposits, or just making sure our banking is going smoothly for our busy dental office. The building is absolutely gorgeous and is always so inviting every time we stop in, from the snacks and coffee to a simple hello and goodbye. If you are looking for a bank, I would definitely recommend them. You will not be disappointed! Family Dentistry
