Feedback:

Lisa was very helpful in replacing my debit card. There’s almost always a complication when I get a new debit card, but she got it right the first time. I really enjoy this credit union.

Wish I could give zero stars. Initially not a terrible place but in recent years it's gone downhill. The app never works, the website is glitchy, customer service is blatantly rude and uninformed. They've mishandled my physical cards as well as my money and are unapologetic and flippant about their own mistakes (which they refuse to correct!). SO glad to get my money out of their hands. DON'T USE THIS CREDIT UNION!! Do yourself a favor and go ANYWHERE ELSE!!!

Lisa is rudest there and the customer service was totally no existence with her plus to get in and out of the bank is ridiculous overall they suck I would not refer anyone to them ever

STAY AWAY, STAY FAR FAR AWAY. TELL EVERYONE YOU KNOW TO STAY FAR AWAY.If I could give negative stars I would. They charged me over $6,000 in courtesy pay fees and NSF fees over the course of 2 months... yes, thats right over $6,000 in 2 months! At first they tried to offer me $500.00 back.. yep, insane. On top of that, I NEVER OPTED IN FOR COURTESY PAY, and when I stated that they didnt want to give me the documents. After that they credited my account $2,800 and are saying i still owe them $595!.. Isnt funny how they were only willing to give me $500 until I threatened legal action?... TALK ABOUT SHADY. Meanwhile, I havent recieved an income because my direct deposits have been dissapearing into my negative balance. All the while I was waiting for answers and calling the main number requesting to speak with a supervisor and they refused to get on the phone! Not to mention I have been a customer with them for at least 10 years. I am currently seeking legal councel and if anyone else has had this or something similar happen to them, which based on these reviews you have.. please contact me as I am looking into forming a class action law suit against these crooks

I have never seen such poor customer service in my life as I have seen with this bank. The employees are rude and heartless and can't get their stories straight. I would never recommend this bank to anyone. I wouldn't even give them one star.
