I have a hard time logging into my account every time I try too it is so frustrating I can hardly stand it. I'm fighting not to change my banking to one that is easily accessible to me anytime or place. I hear other New Mexicans speak about how easy their banks are to deal with but apparently I picked the wrong on to bank with. 😫😫😫😫😫😫😫😫😫😫😫😫😫😫😫😫😫

Good place for everything financial they have a very knowledgeable staff and managers always willing to help with your financial needs, everything from car loans to life insurance you name it. There hours are from 9 to 5 with the exception of Wednesday they open at 10am. They have one drive up window and three separate canister drive ups and their ATM machine is located at the far end. They have ample parking area. Wheelchair accessible and also parking. As far as Credit Unions are concerned I think First financial ranks as one of the best for all of your banking needs.

Been with them for 15 years but issues accruing over the years has caused me to switch banks. Latest problem was getting hit with fraudulent charges and no one was willing to work with me to resolve it. They told me I should get a replacement card and forget about the lost money.

Nice place. They are going through a remodel right now so the lobby is not accessible. They helped us with a cashiers check from an out of state sister credit union.

Worst bank in NM. Unfortunately I have a car loan with these people and I have never waited less than 30 minutes in line in their lobby (one teller always) and they do not do electronic bill pay. My bank literally has to send them a paper check which takes forever. I would never do normal banking with them
