I tried to open a checking account here online Thursday night on 09/19/2019, the next morning got a home voicemail message at 11:41 am from FCB employee Alexander Vold wanting me to call him back, then declined my application after waiting just 3 minutes for my response by leaving me a message at 11:44 am! I was at work, that is way I did not respond to him at that moment. Then he refuses to respond to the three times I have contacted him....Is that stupid or what?
