This is possibly the worst bank my fiancé and I have ever dealt with. He has a debit card through them and has it set up so he couldn’t overdraft with his card, and guess what? His card over drafted. Very very upset because they charged him the fee, when it was in fact their fault considering when he opened the account he asked about it and they promised up and down he couldn’t overdraft with that account. Noticed it today so, we’ll see if tomorrow it’ll be fixed. Probably not knowing this bank though.
