Horrible customer service. I drove from Chandler Az to get bank statements with my Tia, who banks here and they were not helpful at all. Charged my Tia (Aunt) $30 for transaction statements for the last 6 months. That wasn’t even what my Aunt asked for. She needed bank statements that showed her account balance for each month, 6 months worth. Such a hassle. Waiting for a good 30 minutes to talk to a banker again, and not at all apologetic for the mistake that was made. I have advised my Aunt to close her account and no longer deal with this bank.

My local bank was shut down and using the site ATM Locator indicates ATMs in my area that are free! THEY ARE NOT! I asked for reversal of all my fees but FACU didn’t respond, as usual!!! What happened to our members come first!

Wow In a competitive market for banking services, First American seems to be a bank that displays "How to go out of business REAL fast". I have money I want to move out of my Bank of America accounts because I gain NOTHING from them. Reading these BAD reviews? I'll stay with Bank of America. Jesus, what is wrong with you First American ??????

Today I cash my check today and they are making up excuse why I can't cash my check and they can not make up their minds and also they all need to be on the same track and stop making excuse😠

Legit the worst bank ever. Having to wait minutes, almost an hour to talk to a representative is pathetic. On top of that getting them to verify your account for any type of loan is frustrating no one wants to take the time out their day to actually what's been faxed. Closing my bank account with them soon for good.

I wish it had a lower star on here, the worst customer service ever! They are very rude. I got my auto loan here and from the beginning of me becoming a meamber, it was terrible service! I had to refinance and go somewhere else. And they bring up all kinda of fees after when you try My to payout, when you never was told about this. I will NEVER recommend this Credit Union! Sucks ! Please don’t waste your time.

Rude. They wouldn't even change 20s into 100s. Instead of inviting me to join their institution; he shrugged his shoulders and says "sorry, I can't help you." You could've gained a member and even a large sum of money....with your customer service skills you'll never know.
