I opened a saving account years ago and the individual customer service that I received was excellent I've never had that from any Bank.no pushy staff always happy to aee you and the branch manager is awesome....

I love the Cape location, the manager, employees (Josh especially) are more than helpful. CD rates aren't great, but where can you get personal attention these days when you have just a little money?

They have bad CD rates. They have very poor customer service. I have seen them treat their employees very poorly and the manager at the Cape location is useless. I have watch that manager sit in her office playing on her cell phone while there are customers waiting in line for help and god forbid anyone knows how to answer the phone properly. I would never bank here!
