Had some financial difficulties with some auto repairs and other unexpected life issues. Just needed a small personal loan. Called Banks including the one I banked at for almost 10 years. Kept getting declined, like they didn't care!! Was referred to First Alliance, thought ok why not try, the worst they could do is tell me sorry, they actually listened and didn't treat me like a credit score. Not only did they get me the small loan but also was willing to pay off my credit cards which after the new monthly loan payment lowered my monthly bills by $100!! I will recommend them to my friend and family!!

Yeah no.... ive had the worse service with them one worker had told me to cross my husbands name off a check in order for me to deposit it into my account!!!! THATS ILLEGALL dont go to this office ever!!!!

I love how they accept most ppl but I think it's weird how none of my credit cards work for them and they charge a 10$+ on a over the phone payment and make it impossible to pay ur Bill's without a bunch of hassles
