To be fair since 2016 my password reset button never works. I can call but all I get is lip. Takes days to get it reset. Not like I have stuff to do. Mouths to feed. Takes about roughly 20 minutes to convince them they don't want to help you. Takes another week to find someone who knows how to reset the password.
