Worst Interview Experience with Incapable panel - Final roundTechie guys please don’t go for interview! I can bet that you can face bad incapable managers & seniors at your tech round. Don’t commit yourself to a miserable working life…! Toxic work environment !Job seekers or the employees who looking for job change please wait for a good opportunity & don’t go for these cheap level companies. Such a disrespectful front desk people. They don't even allow you to talk to HRs. They always tell call after sometime . They won't provide HRs number as if we are going to harass them.

W O R S T work life balance ! Low pay ! Heavy work load ! ( Writing this to the manager of my friend) Friend of mine will work till early mrng 3 or 4 am at office and again she'll go office early the next day ! I'm not blaming the whole company and but I'm disappointed with that project and Managers mainly. When there's no proper space for the employee to work and making them stay at office at odd timings , what is the guarantee for her safety ? (Cabs ? Haha ) What's the guarantee for her mental peace ? When there's no mental health stability how she'll concentrate on work ? How she'll manage both her home and office ? What's this work culture making the general shift employee to stay till late night (occasionally okay, consistenly ? Unfair) okay compensating with allowance for the win?! No. If there's anything serious, ask for time extension to complete maybe. Pls Don't play with employee's personal life & spoil the peace ! Just because they're in bond doesn't mean that they can work like slaves at odd timings without proper schedule or pre announcement ! Okay, atleast is the pay good enough for that work load ? NO. It's like paying them 5 bucks and expecting them to work for 50 bucks. Please consider them as humans ! Even systems needs some rest sometimes to function well and good ! Extremely saddened to see my friend's state right now and couldn't put that in words ! PLEASE CONSIDER YOUR EMPLOYEE AS HUMAN 🙏
