I moved to St. Louis 2 years ago and kept my account with Financial Plus in Des Moines. I have been with them since it became Financial Plus many years ago. I opened up an account with Advantage Credit Union down here. I soon realized that it wasn't anywhere near as good as Financial Plus. The Advantage Credit Union down here is just like a bank. Fees, fees, and more hidden fees. I have now parted ways with the crappy credit union down here and do everything via mobile banking and online with Financial Plus. I have had nothing but great service for the many years I have been with them.

Never had a problem up until we used our credit card we ask for a balance and we paid it off. Then the next month we get a statement for $3 what's up with that most credit cards Companies can tell you what your payoff is even though it may be 4 days late. But not with financial plus it's happened twice with us.

Financial Plus Credit Union has been my main bank since 1999 when they bought out Telco Credit Union. Very happy with the service there, and the small "bank" feel. In the past I have had account with Wells Fargo, Brenton Bank, First American Bank, Bankers Trust. But not any more.

This credit union is very fee hungry they loved the bill you for even small amounts when it doesn't even when they deduct no money from your account
