Client Review on Financial Center Credit Union

By far the worst bank ever. I've been contemplating switching for years, and can no longer think of any reason why I should stay. They locked me out of my debit card when I was on vacation, and it still wouldn't work after I called to fix it. I never carry cash on me, so this is incredibly inconvenient.About a year ago I lost a debit card, and I went in to ask for a replacement, the teller informed me that I had to wait up to 2 weeks for it in the mail. At the time I still had patience for them, so I waited....over a month later, still no card. So I went back in, and the same teller, told me (in a rude voice) that I had to "order a new card." WHY THE HECK WOULD I TELL YOU I NEED A REPLACEMENT FOR A LOST ONE, NOT JUST FOR FUN??!! Again, I had to wait 2 more weeks. Besides that, all the tellers in the credit union are rude, stuck up, unknowledgeable. Seems like they all hate their jobs, which if they do, sorry, but do not take it out on the customers. I'm never greeted when I walk in, I'll stand in like for 15 minutes behind ONE other person before anyone barely lifts their head up to tell me it'll be another minute. Worst place, every one I talk to is always so shocked, because they've never experienced even 1/2 the inconveniences I have with them on a regular basis.
