Client Review on Fieldstone Jewelry and Pawn

I was very disappointed in the customer service when I went into the store. The manager’s, Sherry Smith, attitude changed when it appeared I would purchase something. Then she was more welcoming and wanted to help me. Today I called to inquire about the store’s return policy because it was not shared on the date of purchase. The gentleman that answered the phone could not assist me so he asked for me to wait to speak with the manager, Sherry Smith. When I asked about the return policy Sherry’s tone was not pleasant and sounded irritable. She was short with me, told me just to bring it back, and then hung up the phone. I was simply trying to learn about the policy because I wasn’t happy with the product.I enjoy shopping at pawn shops but this was a negative experience ☹️ Sadly, I do not recommend this store to anyone.
