Client Review on Fieldstone Credit Union

Feedback:

I can not stand this place OR THEIR TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! I lost my debit card Ann had gone in and told them I needed a new one ordered 2 days BEFORE thanksgiving. They said it would take 2 weeks. Okay that's fine. 2 weeks goes by and they tell me just give it a few more days because the holiday. I again said okay. Then go in 4 days later just for them to tell me is HAS NOT even been ordered yet!!!! So they tell me they are going to rush it and that it should be here within a couple days. My card still isn't here and now they tell me they once again DID NOT put the rush so I have to just wait til it comes in the mail!!!
