I can’t say enough about Greg and Erin Whiteside. They are amazing at what they do, keeping things in order and at a good pace, quick to get in touch with, and Uber helpful, no matter how big or small the question or issue. I am so happy I was in such capable hands for my home purchase. These are the kind of people you want watching your back when it comes to probably the biggest purchase of a lifetime.

My wife and I recently purchased a home in Orlando as part of a job relocation. We contacted Greg based on a recommendation from our real estate agent and as it turned out, that recommendation couldn’t have been more spot on. It was wonderful working with Greg and Erin. This is the 6th home we have purchased and by far the smoothest buying experience we have ever had. After our initial call, which took place on a weekend, I knew there was no need to shop around. Greg was willing to spend as much time as necessary to answer as many questions as we had. That treatment during our initial call carried forward throughout the entire purchase process as Greg and Erin were always accessible and willing to answer any questions, regardless if it was a week day or over the weekend. Not once did we ever feel like we were taking too much of their time or being a nuisance. For once, finally, we could enjoy the purchase process! I won’t hesitate to recommend Greg to anyone looking to finance a home.

I can’t say enough positive things about Greg and Erin Whiteside! As a young, first time homebuyer, I was kind of dreading the mortgage process. I had dozens of questions that I asked when I was “shopping around” for a lender, and he answered every one and then some. I had a great feeling about Greg from the very first phone call. He took however much time I needed and broke down all that confusing mortgage jargon for me and made sure I understood everything. He was always prompt with responses to my calls/emails/texts. I work nights, and he was always willing to accommodate my crazy schedule. If he was unavailable to answer a question immediately because he was with another client, he would have Erin call me to answer my questions. He’s a fun, quirky, laid back guy, but he goes above and beyond and works his butt off for you. I have ZERO complaints/concerns about Greg and the service that he provides, and I know you won’t either. Go with Greg the Great for your mortgage needs! You won’t regret it.

I was faced with a very different set of circumstance from the first home loan I received through you. However, from the first call to the closing table, you and your team (Hi, Erin, you're a rockstar too!) made this process run so smoothly. While I hope to not be moving again any time soon, I can promise you that I would never use anyone else!
