If I could give this branch 10 stars I would! Big shout out to Jake at the Longview Branch He was VERY helpful, knowledgable, and encouraging. I had about 10 different questions that I was not really clear on the answers to and Jake just started dropping knowledge bombs on all of them! This guy needs a raise! Employee of the month! I now have a vast knowledge and understanding to more concepts of credit and loans than I ever knew existed. Thank you very much for your time and help. I have been with Fibre (TLC) for a little over a year and I hope to do business with them for decades to come! 10/10 would highly recommend 😃

I have been banking with Fibre since I was 16. They were my first accounts, and creditors. They offer redicously low interest rates on cars, mortgages, credit cards and home loans (my car rate is 2.5%). They also offer credit on an individual basis, they look at who you are before loaning, and loan officers will advocate for you. I have had other accounts at Wells Fargo, Chase, and US bank. None of them compare to Fibres rates and benefits. Fibre is conservative when loaning and it is reflected by approval rates on the amounts given.

They say they open at 9am. But I have been there many times before and they have not been open even past 9:30am and almost 10am. Not quite sure if it's because they are just super late and lazy or just terrible at their job and can't open on time. Smh. Will be driving across town to a diff one in the mornings. Won't waste my time

Terrible business. They won’t give payoff info over time he phone and make me drive in to show them ID first. Anti-Customer. I am going to check with the Washington Attorney Generals office to complain.

May get busy but they handle themselves well. Never understaffed which is always an issue at banks in my opinion. I'd say 5 stars indeed.
