Stopped in to ask about a replacement diverter valve for our shower. Liz took the time to call Moen who is sending the replacement free of charge since we are the original owners of our home. Liz could have just as easily sent us to their parts dept for the part. Got to love that kind of service! We will not go anywhere else for our plumbing and fixtures.
