Feedback:

This company is horrible. They are a rip-off. They offer no protection or assistance for any problems. They have taken money out of our account for transactions that had not gone through. Also known as stealing. Everyone who works there is rude. I’m pretty sure there mission statement is to give the worst customer service possible. Please do NOT use this company. You will surely regret it. It is unfortunate that I have to give them any stars.

Worst company ever, complete ripoff's.. Use Square as your processor. totally up front and above board with no fee's, this company will never stop reaching into your account. File a complaint with New York attorney general

Did you notice a big reason for the "Less than 3 star. rating". some of them are employees and one gave it 5 stars with no indication of his or her experience with them. It seems suspicious that the majority of ratings are either one star or 5 stars which, in doing on line research indicates a probability of fake reviews.I wonder if anyone monitors these reviews.. More details of my experience with them to follow.

NEVER SIGN UP WITH THOSE GUYS!!! Worst merchant service provider ever. Always charging $99 fees for all kind of invented reasons: security fee, annual fee, interchange fee... and so on. Overall, we paid about 15% in Federated fees for using their machine. And when I asked the termination of the contract they charged another $295 early termination fee (it seems when you sign up you are actually signing up for a 3 years contract).

This company has TONS of hidden fee's for Debit/Credit Card Processing, so we cancelled our contract after a year. We then found out that we had to pay a $500 cancellation fee which was a hidden fee written in a document that we never received when signing our initial contract. We wrote to Federated revoking their right to take withdrawals from our account, but a week later there was a withdrawal of $500 from them. Federated has bad business practices - DO NOT sign anything with this company!

Federated helped me save money on my processing. I was with a bigger company and had no idea how much I was losing out on. My rep is local and was helpful. If I ever have a problem I can call their support, which has been great.

This is the worst company to ever work for or work with. They only care about the higher ups and dont care about the employees or merchants who use them. They steal your last check if you have no vacation days left before you leave the company

Amazing company to work for! Management is extremely helpful which really enables you to succeed. As long as you have a strong work ethic, you can do very well at this company. I've also never worked in such a strong team-oriented environment, which is awesome because you always feel like your work is important and appreciated.

I am a full-time student and this job adds no stress; just benefits!. Management is accomodating and understanding. They are very easy to talk to and direct. There is always room for advancement and they are willing to train. They train weekly.Every day is a different day! This is my first time at a job of this nature and it is one of my best experiences. People actually enjoy coming here.
