Update : :I talked to a Supervisor and got this issue resolved! Changed from 2 stars to 3 : Wow the lady that i talked to today was so rude! Condescending and indifferent was her attitude towards my situation! I hope I never have to come back !

Phone person at the desk for option “0” is short and abrupt and isn’t properly trained for this position!! I called back and selected option “6” and found out that I didn’t have to go all the way to the to the Foodstamps office just to fill out the application. They are mailing it to me right away.

When I first applied my caseworker was on it. Things seemed fine, but now I have a caseworker who is simply taking her time. I put my change in, in September and it's now December with no change. Groceries are expensive.

im only.giving this place 2 stars for the 2 or 3 women who, when i first applied, were very kind and very helpful, you ladies are awesome, keep it up!, everyone else i was sent to, really knows how to make you feel like garbage, very short, very rude and extremely impatient, i applied at the begining of october, was told i would know before the end of the month, on the last day was told i was approved but had to wait 7 to 10 more days for my card, its been 8 days, i havent eaten in 2 days..

5 stars to the people that are actually helpful patient and nice, thank you to those few. Had a lady hang up on me because I was trying to explain a situation and since I couldnt give her an exact answer she hung up on me she didn’t want to bother figuring out what I needed. Called again and the second lady helped me in less than 5 minutes after explaining to her what I needed.

I have a simple question. The info is not on their website. The people I need to talk to have been in a meeting for 3 days. Nobody has just stopped to ask if maybe they could answer me. It's just recorded messages and transfer, transfer, transfer. Very frustrating.

A lady employee was very inpatient. I was asked to come to this place because I changed my address the serving county changed. Then this lady sent me back to original location I went yesterday. When I asked her some more question, she kept saying " I don't know".
