We love Fattmerchant's Customer Service, online website, and their overall experience is fantastic! We've worked with many other processors that were the worst to deal with - but Fattmerchant is a breath of fresh air! Thank you for providing a high quality processing service!

Great service, easy setup. Savings are real.The total cost per month for our credit card usage was reduced by $273, this is a 42% reduction in our first full month.I would recommend comparing prices now. Let your boss know you can save them this kind of money and you will get a bonus.

I was using ipayment through Flagship Merchant and kept noticing my fees going up- once I called and asked why and they said it was a MISTAKE and they would reverse it! I was so mad they tried to sneak it on there. Anyhow I finally found fart merchant and am so happy! As promised I am at interchange plus zero!!! I love it!!! My overall percent fee last month was 1.9! I have never been that low before. YAY!

AVOID THIS COMPANY, They pay the BBB and Google to hide bad reviews...of which are most likely the most honest...An honest review...It all starts with the leadership (lack of) then management, Suneera (CEO, needs to step down) and her clueless management are the big issue here. It's not the product, credit/ debit processing is the same in the sense of service, its just pricing structure that is different...they claim no fees or markups but their subscription is the MARKUP, their company is far from transparent and even further away from fair practices, all FATTMERCHANT does is pass you to their processor NPC which is Vantiv, which was acquired by WorldPay, they are just skimming the profit off of you...just go directly with a bigger company like NPC or even better VANTIV or FirstData, they have more wiggle room with pricing and you won't have to deal with clueless consultants or immature personalities, they really know nothing about business let alone yours...don't let them ruin your day-to-day operations...they simply do not have the funds or the experience to write agreements and your funds will be held up at the bank for weeks or worst months....They were just involved in a bankruptcy case, if you are currently processing with them, find a more reputable company out there!

I read about this company and thought, wow, what a great idea! I signed up which was easy enough, then I go to log in. Firstly, there is a lot of goofy language and things used on their website and in their prompts. I'm sure they think this is cool, it just makes me think I am a grownup dealing with children. Then the real issue is that upon logging in, I learn that in order to enter a payment, I need to page through about 4 irrelevant screens. My existing provider lets us enter all info on one screen, click process, and we are done. Fatt Merchant is not going to work for us, too much trouble and confusion for my office and field staff. Then the best part is they immediately charged me $99 upon account approval, before I even speak to the account manager assigned to me, who was rather snippy in my 30 seconds of talking with her. Says she will tell me what she needs from me in order to cancel their service! Will dispute this charge with my bank. Very disappointed.UPDATE: CEO responded to me by email about my comments, which I thought was very first rate. Said they have multiple options to enter all info on one screen, which somehow I was not made aware of. I had highlighted this need to my account manager in an email a day before I spoke with her, so don't know why she wasn't prepared with this info for our call. CEO offered to refund the $99 they charged me upon approval, so that was also nice. I do appreciate that they are trying to do right, but I think I will stay put with my current processor.
