bad bad service. The girls just stare at you. Shouldn’t they care and be considerate? I don’t understand what is happening. No compassion. I think they need more training and maybe A heart❤️

Made a visit and was not able to make a loan because of loan paid off by withdrawal from acct. Given a date to come back and when I did come back I was told I wasn’t able to take a loan. Please TRAIN your emplyees...very upset customer and I will spread by word of mouth!

I have been a long time customer. I started going when the Bloomfield location was still around. I am not happy with the current Customer Service I have been receiving. I notice that these girls are very lazy anymore. They sit at the stations and I personally feel they need to be standing in order to perform faster. They sit around joke and cackle with each other. They only smile and greet customers they like. They give people a hard time over getting a loan. One of the New hires asked the Manager, I think her name is Lyndsay, about a piece of paper work and she glanced at it and said NO. She didn't even look at the damn information. She has given problems before, she says smart remarks about the owner of the company in front of customers, and all the employees talk badly about the owner of the company in front of customers. None of them like their jobs or their employer. I should not know any of that. That is not stuff that you let your customers know. I'm sorry, They need to get a brand new staff. These Younger girls have no respect. They are very rude at times. I do understand that the other locations did close down, but this is not a reason to slow individual production down, and treat paying, loyal customers this way. This is your job! Customer service is not for ANY of these ladies. Sorry to the owner who may or may not read this, according to your staff, your not a good employer and you don't keep up with your company. I hope you do check google reviews at some point through out the year. I hope that this post will help you reconsider the staff you have, and I hope to see new staff very soon.I can't give the business its self 1 star, I love the services that are available. The prices are very reasonable and It's in a VERY convenient location.

Got a loan and 5 days later my account was all messed up because their check bounced. Many people had the same problem. Getting this paid off & never going there again.

Worst place to get a loan so full of excuses and lies

I was having an issue with my bank. Figured I'd go get my check cashed here until my banking issue was resolved. They charge 3% which wasn't bad. I had also used them in the past, without any issue. It was my turn, so I took my check to the person behind the glass. Handed them my check and drivers license. They look at my check, and transfer me to another employee(mind you all of the employees are black, and so is a majority of the customers). She looks at my check and tells me she won't be able to cash it. I told her i"ve cashed my checks there before. She said, "not ones from this company". Ok. That's fine. I would've walked away, had it not been for the lady that was up there before me. A black woman, who had NEVER cashed a check there. They cashed her check, and didn't ask any questions. I guess you have to be black to be serviced at this location. I plan on speaking to a lawyer about this.
