The other lady in the office that sits at the end have a pleasant spirit. She makes you feel as a customer. Her customer services skills are awesome she can redirect any situation. The one with the worses customer service training sits in the front and always answer the phone. She is nasty unprofessional. Individuals come from all different backgrouds and as long as a customer is not cursing, threaten to do bodily harm and even loud the way a customer may speak has nothing to do with a loan or to be treated a way because staff has a personal feeling. A customer personality has nothing to do with getting a loan its about meeting the company criteria. How u smile or talk or look does not have anything to do with the loan process. I wouldnt advise unless speaking to someone else in the office.
