Either the older lady didnt like African Americans or she thought I was uneducated. Either way bad experience!! I tried to get a loan on some prime items and what she offered me was a joke. It's so obvious these reviews are from their employees or friends they're so proud of. Wow..I'm just saying!! Dont waste the trip, go to bolingbrook, Glendale heights or hinsdale for REAL pawn shop where people who want to help your emergency situations.
