Feedback:

The worst bank to have a checking account with ...I had a checking account and a savings account. It would dip under 0 before noon, I would transfer money from one account to another and they would still hit me with a $37 fee. I wouldn't recommend this bank to my worst enemy...go to a bank that's not looking to steal your money...like Huntington.

Feedback:

I had a jetski financed through this bank for 3 years. Went to sell the jetski and the buyer came with me to pay it off. We paid it off and all they had in my file was the title for the jetski. Being I'm from Pennsylvania as is the buyer, we need the trailer title also to be registered in PA. It had a title at the time of purchase, both titles were sent to my notary in pa and then sent back after the registration process was complete. They told me they would get back to be about the title. This was in February, fast forward to end of may, still no title, no answers as to where the title is, no phone calls returned. The workers at this bank are clueless. You lost the title just say it so I can move forward and try to obtain another. I will never use this bank for anything again!

Feedback:

Absolutely horrible bank! My daughter had a repayee account with them that they put a hold on, refused her access to the money, even though she was made her own repayee. Customer service is even worse! Had to go through so many hoops for my daughter to get her money. We pulled all her accounts out and she went with Chase.

Feedback:

Terrible bank. For a 2 charge they had me up to 88 dollars. I opted out the of NSF program and it should have just declined it. Some random Google charge for one Dollar. They give one NSF back on an account for a lifetime. and fight you on disputes.

Feedback:

I had an auto loan through this bank and it was honestly a terrible experience. I purchased my vehicle in Ohio and had it financed through FNB because their rate was the best the dealership could find for me. I then moved across the country to Arizona for my job. This is when the problems started. In the year 2014, Farmers National Bank was still in the process of setting up online banking. I would have never imagined that would be possible, as I had been using online banking through other banks for several years prior to 2014. But this bank did not have it, which caused making payments to be a huge pain if I didn't want to snail mail the coupons every month. I had to jump through hoops to eventually set up automatic payments. I also have a huge problem with their information sharing policy. They sent me a letter in the mail saying I could "Limit their sharing at any time by calling them or sending back the form". So, I called them. Spoke to 3 customer service representatives that all claimed that they couldn't do that over the phone (despite what the official Farmers' form said) and that I would have to spend my own money to send them the form to limit the sharing of MY information. I called back every day, speaking to a different customer service representative every time, until the fourth person I talked to said they COULD do that over the phone! Do NOT call the customer service number if you want answers that are guaranteed to be correct! Finally, I had similar problems with inconsistent customer service help when I tried to pay off the loan early. I spoke to 2 people who gave me two completely different ways to go about paying it off. One way was to change the automatic payment amount (A convenience that Farmers charges a fee to do). But when I tried to do that, I found out Farmers wouldn't accept automatic payments that were that large, so I would have to change the automatic payment amount and in two months the loan would be paid off. Pretty frustrating and definitely not something the customer service representative mentioned. The other option for full early payoff was to send a check, but I was informed that if I went that route it would take 3-4 weeks for them to send me my title! When I asked why, they said it's standard operating procedure for them to sit on a payment check for 10+ business days. Unacceptable in this day and age. This little bank works on its own time and feels a bit behind in technology. It's probably a fine option for people who live in Canfield, but for anyone who lives a decent distance away, this bank is very hard to work with due to being fairly behind on technology (the website didn't even show when they received my monthly payments. No payment history listed anywhere on the site) and inconsistent customer service representatives.

Feedback:

Numerous times they have gone the extra mile to accommodate clients...including me. They have never let me down. I sincerely hope that the "new guys in town" value that level of service as well

Feedback:

I have a high interest personal loan from FNB, yes it is my fault for taking out a loan I could barley afford, but as my credit rating improved and my mortgage had been paid off I called this bank up and explained the situation and asked if they could rework the terms of the personal loan so I could have a lower interest rate. I had never missed a payment in 1.5 years and never missed a payment on any other loan I had. The lady on the phone who would not give me her last name or her extension, told me "We cannot rework any loans, but if you like we can open a line of credit on your house at x.xx%. Well, I have been scraping every last penny together selling every thing I don't use on craigslist and I finally have the loan paid down to about 17 payments in a year in half time from the original 61 payments. I called them up again and explained the situation, asked if I paid the loan off in February or March if they would have the early payoff fee of $150 and again they said no. Oh to top it off, each Christmas, Easter and April 15 they send you a kind little letter offering you the ability to SKIP a payment at a cost of a $30 fee, all the accrued interest for the "skipped" payment and the skipped payment gets moved beyond the final payment, which you are not given what the final payment is, you have to call in and they TELL you what the final payment is. Learn a lesson from me, maybe this bank is fine for local people in Canfield, but really really really do not use a personal loan from them. It's all really deceptive, legal, but deceptive what these crooks are doing. The day I have the rest of the cash saved up to pay off the loan I am personally driving to the main branch, demanding to see the bank executive and see the look in his eye when I explain everything his bank does to try and break a simple working man and then demanding my title be turned over to me... Ugh.
