Bought an amplifier a while back and it didn't work.They didn't test it, they didn't do anything along the lines to make sure it worked. Nothing a decent business would do before putting it up for sale. When i called, the lady told me she'd hand me off to a manager and stayed quiet for like 10 min. When I heard her sniffling on the phone I asked if she was still there she HUNG UP ON ME! I thought to myself "that's one way to avoid escalations lol" I called right back and asked for a manager then proceeded to be handed off to at 2 different people who didn't know what was going on..After those two I finally spoke to an authoritarian wannabe lady with an attitude who claimed she was the manager. I never raised my voice with any of them and was treated like this. She didn't like hearing my dissatisfaction that this place would sell you a broken piece of equipment and refuse to acknowledge the fact that they made a mistake. She just told me there is "nothing I can do". I asked to speak to her manager (yes petty on my part) and she handed me off to this guy, whom when I asked if he was a manager he said NO. At that point i knew if it wasn't obvious from the hang up that i was getting the run around and wasting my time. I called their corporate office and am awaiting to speak to a district manager to try to understand how any of this is okay.ITS SAD TO SEE A PLACE I USED TO GO TO A LOT GO TO SH*** BECAUSE PEOPLE DON'T KNOW HOW TO CHECK EQUIPMENT/HORRIBLE MANAGEMENT. I WOULD ADVISE YOU NEVER TO CONDUCT BUSINESS HERE AND AVOID IT LIKE A PLAGUE. I KNOW ME AND MY FAMILY WILL.

muy mala atencion al cliente, la vez pasada que fui, no me atendieron , dure mucho tiempo parado y ni siquiera me tomaron en cuenta en ese ezpawn de la conway y mejor me sali porque ni me pelaron, como cliente me fui muy disgusto ya no voy a volver ahi, y tambien el el ezpawn de la 23 y pecan , tambien la misma cosa muy mal servicio llegue y igual no me atendieron y se miraban hasta molestos , muy mal servicio al cliente ,, los dueños deberian llamarles la atencion a los empleados recuerden que de nosotros existen esos nogocios, cuiden al cliente....

I went to pay my month extension and it showed that my stuff was lost n already on the shelves for sale even though I been paying for my stuff every month , they check the cameras and saw that it was there fault I lost my stuff so they did me a deal and let me put my stuff on layaway for the " same price " (lie I paid a lot more for it ) , anyways FINALLY PAID MY STUFF and it was already late so i didn't get a chance to check my stuff the next day went to school and got out at 9 pm pawnshop already closed and plug in my TV for my son and THE SCREEN IN THE INSIDE was CRACKED AND I CHECK THE VIDEO GAMES THAT I HAD GOT TOO AND ALL 3 VIDEO GAME BOX ARE EMPTY I WILL never go there again and I wouldn't recommend no one to WE GO THERE FOR $$ IN CASE OF AN EMERGENCY FOR MONEY AND THEY RIPPED ME OFF ON MY MONEY AND MY STUFF I PAWNED

They are disrespectful and bad service. They denied my purchase and I was there FIRST. When they say "First comes First serves" DONT BELEIVE THEM !!!!! It was a waste of time and waste of gas.
