Very non professional people. I have talked to Mr. Kashif and Mr. Abubakar as well. I am an entrepreneur From Lalamusa running a retail pharmacy chain start up. Dawai plus. I have requested some custom changes in software they did very rude and no professional things. ie.1- they did not get back to me in promised timeline. Instead I contacted them. They wasted my 3 days. 2- they increased the price even though I explained them we have 3 servers and7 registers.3- he refused to do the required customisations in the software at first stance and said to me in a way that this is the software in 17500 if you want to buy, buy, else you can buy abuzar , when I said to him angrily that it is better to buy abuzar. 3- No follow up. I have this experience, people with this attitude like these people will never get you what you require, instead they are always in search of mocha. Stay away from these people.
