If your going to advertise being open until 5, then you should be open until 5. Dont close your lobby at 4 and keep your drive -thru open until 5. Keep your lobby open until 5, ESPECIALLY during the Holiday season. This is discourteous misinformation.

This bank has the best customer service. They are so helpful! My favorite bank ever, anywhere, because of the personal touch and individual attention. Problems have always been resolved so much better than my expectations. If you live in central Texas, you SHOULD bank at Extraco.

Worst banking hours ever, and the atm never lets me deposit my checks.They still use discover cards and I routinely get denied and have to send money orders for stuff online.Im only using them cause I have no car and their near my house.

Friendly staff but terrible bank. Wanted to charge me $50 to close an account. Check and double check all fees before opening an account. Also be aware mobile banking not available for 6 months after opening an account.

It makes no sense that they close at 4pm . Who does that? Every time I go in there they always tell me that they do auto finance. I go to the back once a week. Probably won't be with them much longer
