Can I issue zero stars? Of all the things to screw up on, they forgot to add the last 4 digits of my account number so the wire got rejected. The Last Four Digits! I completed and signed the agreement on a thursday afternoon, they submitted the wire Friday morning and the error was discovered too late. They put me in a very tight spot, will never use again and had them cancel the resubittmal which would not have processed until Monday morning.
