I accidentally click on a membership. Then it took two months to get in contact with a human to get it resolved. The phone number listed does not work to get connected to a live person. Terrible! Read a review and use that phone number but click for business not personal. And they still was trying to sell me something less. Lesson learn never click on anything online.

Only rated because I had to. But do not come to this location if your trying to get ur credit report. They need to emphasize more that this is more of a corporate/business site and not for customers. I got there and they sent me to their other location. It was not far and they provided a map but wouldn't hurt to try harder

I paid off a car loan I was never late in good standing and my score went down a lot of points why for paying in time and paying off debt
