I walked in with the intention of making a cash withdrawal too large for and atm. I currently use USAA (a respected federal bank) and asked politely for the “cash advance” but the lady without making any effort to actually check, told me abruptly that “we don’t do that” even though EVERY SINGLE bank does. I asked if she could check but she wouldn’t even look at her computer despite there being no line or people waiting for her help. I have another account with them that I will be closing immediately due to their absolutely horrendous customer service.
