I am giving a 1 star because Misty and Billy are no longer there, which were my wonderful loan ladies I have known for years. the first payment with the new people was applied to the wrong person then they sent me the other customers info(scary to know they gave out another customers info). The new managers will not call back after several voicemails,It was extremely stressful to know my money was not applied to my account with none to fix their mistake. The worst customer service as well! Bring back the old managers they had great customer service and never made a mistake in the years I have been with them. I Will NOT RECCOMEND OR TAKE ANOTHER LOAN WITH THEM AGAIN!
