So since I live almost an hour away, I called first to see if they would take a coach bag and a pair of Chris dior earrings. I offered to send pictures to avoid the drive and he told me to bring them in and he'll give me a price. So I did. When I got to the store it was clear that they collected hardware and electronics. There no purses or jewelry in site. then he kindly told me that he was not interested in exchanging. I gave them 1 star because zero stars isn't an option.....so I'm forced to give them 1 star and I would just say the 1 star is because they were not rude about the BS they did....wasting my time and gas.

My fiance and me been going here since they opened,the first thing that attracted me to the pawn shop was that every item looked brand-new..they are very reasonable with their prices and can't beat the deal on movie's.. too this day I'm still going there and won't go to any other pawn shops for anything...love this place and the guys that work there😀I feel like we're family there how nice they are too us.. I'm glad they are so nice and helpful.
