Filled in the online form, had a phone consultation and spoke to the gentleman about how much I wanted and was approved, all I had to do was take my I. D in and the deal would be done.Got there the next day to the office, and was told could only have a lower amount because I'd not had a loan before. Offered me a much lower amount at a much higher rate back. Told them no thank you and left. Feel as though they only got me there to sell me a loan of any amount. I pitty people who are desperate because anything is better than nothing in them situations. Luckily for me I was just wanting to consolidate some debts and have 1 outgoing so not in a desperate situation. Very miss leading and underhand if I'm honest.
