Overall service was great. Very thorough, high attention to detail and made us feel very comfortable during the application process. Payment was also swfit with funds arriving within a few hoursMy main gripe was with the way the offer itself was made. The original offer was at a very high rate and well above what we'd said we could afford. This offer was then revised after we declined the initial one.I get that its a business, but why offer the high rate in the first place if you're positioning yourselves as 'credit repair' business

Looked for a loan went with a different company.In the last 8 days I have received over 20 phone calls, 8 emails, and even 2 letters to my home....I am so glad I didnt go with this company ended up blocking telephone numbers and putting there emails to spam.Disgusting behaviour
