Can't thank Nadia, and Daniel enough for helping me, the only thing I found frustrating is the issue of cheques to clear other creditors I had, sent a cheque over a week ago to clear one and they say it takes 7days for it to appear on their system in the meantime the loan as gained £40 more interest and still no sign of the cheque been cleared, like. I said can't thank them enough for helping me the way they did.
