Feedback:
Having had a loan and repaid early wth no missed/defaults and having numerous calls and letters telling me what a wonderful customer I was) I decided to apply again as I wanted to clear some debt and to help with improvements to the home, went through the process and waited, waited, waited and heard nothing for a week. Emailed to be told that I couldn’t afford it (could have afforded it having cleared the debts and last resort, with savings) but it’s their decision so have to respect that. Not impressed with their customer service (not naming anyone) and the fact they want every bit of paper from your bank/credit cards/catalogues etc - which in this paperless world makes it difficult, as does getting to their office (they are not happy doing it by phone/email as other companies do).Would I recommend, not really but maybe as a very last resort......if your credit score is really bad.
