This was a great experience from the beginning, I was offered a face to face discussion about what I needed to borrow and what I could afford to repay, also the money was in my account later that same day! Regarding the staff, they are really nice and easy people to talk to and would 100% recommend if anyone was feeling anxious or worried about applying. And the free cup of coffee or tea is a nice personal touch! All in all I will definitely be going again should I need another loan,

I got the crook lee. Who decided to loan me 8k with gambling problems. Fortunately for me the ombudsman returned all interest paid meaning my loan was interest free.
