BEWARE! you are signing a contract with a hidden caveat that you have to provide specific instructions to end your lease on your lease end date 90 days in advance or they will force you to pay another month's lease. Regardless of you giving notice to your service provider, you have to dig out your lease agreement and abide by the requirements that are NOT included in any documentation provided. Regardless of you returning the machine at the end of the lease. This BAD FAITH requirement is not part of any other commercial lease we have used. Disgusted with customer service. Vetting the financial lender is now part of the estimate process going forward. Will never use Everbank again.

If I could put only 1 star I would. Salesman tells you one thing then once deal is done other client service people tell you another. Hidden charges, last minute extras & nasty customer service people. I've been in business 20 years & never have dealt with such a unprofessional group.
