I joined this bank a little over a year ago and I have zero regrets. I have never had a bad experience here. I am writing today, specifically, becsuse I had an issue with my paycheck. The teller who helped me went out of her way to do so. I feel it was above and beyond and it saved me from a very stressful situation. Although everyone I have ever worked with at ESL has been great, Erin, from the Cobblestone location, in Victor helped me greatly. Her service was outsatnding.

Nice bank. Multiple accounts with them. Free checking. Convenient locations. Banking with them for almost 20 years now. Any problems I have had they resolve quickly.
