I love the fact that they have a separate teller to handle Bill & utility payments, The most frustrating thing is the way the bank security guards keep sneaking in people to cut the queue. I find it so unprofessional and disrespectful to all the people that endure the antagonizing long cues to get served.Also there are 2 tellers at the utility and Bill payments section but it beats my understanding why only one is used and also as to why the teller serving tends to disappear for several minutes from time to time.Beyond this the bank is clean, with happy bank tellers

They work from Mon - Sat and the ATM is always working. It accepts Master Cards too.

it looks like ur settled in one place. am from namugongo but the nearest ATM i can go to is wandegeya. please think of putting a machine either in kyaliwajala or ntinda thx

Ever too busy to attend to customers fully. Also their online services never come through as per customer requests. Takes forever with a lot of pressure from the customer for them to act.
