Horrible customer service.! Canceled my agreement with them with no phonecalll/ email or letter. Whishc caused me to get a month behind on payments and in cute late fees as well. They are suppose to held build equity in your vehicle right? Debits your account every two week then send in the same amount you would regularly. Also the lady on the phone I never catch her name is never helpful just full of attitude. Stay away if you you get a loan and they recommended these guys to help with the payment

EQUITY 4 U :) IS VERY HELPFUL I PAY MY CAR LOAN EVERY 5TH AND 20TH OF THE MONTH WHICH IS WHEN I GET PAID SO I NEVER HAVE TO WORRY ABOUT PAYING IT LATE. THEY EVEN SEND ME AN EMAIL AT LEAST A DAY OR TWO PRIOR TO THE AUTOMATIC WITHDRAW. THE ONLY THING I DISLIKE IS SOMETIMES WHEN I TRY TO SPEAK WITH SOMEONE ON THE PHONE IT GET NO RESPONSE I LEAVE A VOICEMAIL AND I BARELY GET A CALL BACK I MEAN ITS NOT A HUGE ISSUE, JUST HAVE TO CATCH THEM DURING NO SO BUSY HOURS.. ALTHOUGH THERE OPEN FOR A SHORT AMOUNT OF TIME CST.. THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS REALLY NICE

Complete scam, made multiple payments late costing me more in interest charges. Also fail to mention their fee is taken off first so you are paying the most interest possible in the beginning because none of the extra money they are taking is being put toward your payments. Worst decision I have ever been swindled into by Russ Darrow near Mayfair.
