What was the best part of the experience?

Customer service, they are ready to go to the last mile. I have worked with most of them, no one comes close.

What would you change about the experience?

- Make onboarding faster for the merchants. - Fees can be automated Not much to complain about them.

Feedback:

Go for them if you want to be on the latest technology and the best risk processing. The amount of chargebacks that they saved for us was awesome.

Meeting the Founder & CEO and having the privilege to be trained by him was mind blowing. This is the first company in which I truly feel part of the family, because that is what we are. Thank you for this opportunity forever grateful!

There is always room for improvement, as we continue to strive and provide excellent service to all of our Merchants, we ensure any needed changes are addressed that will allow us reach our goals.

Nothing but a great and transparent relationship with EquiPay Corp. An easy integration process with the CRM we use. They work hard so you don't have to! Highly recommend their services.

They can use more technology to automate some of their client service process. While it is great to hear from a real person, it is tough to support such large teams.
