I have requested to be removed from this companies mailing list so many times I have lost count. I get a weekly phone call, just checking in. I have told them over and over that I choose to use Quick books Enterprise over a year ago. I just got another phone call from a sales agent trying to learn about my business. I am going to lose it on the next person that calls me. I am a business owner and I am busy! Stop bugging me. Stop calling me. Stop emailing me. Beware, do not give this company contact info.

Very expensive, continuous upgrades requiring more $$$, monthly maintainance plan costing several hundred dollars a month. Sofeware does not work well without maintainance plan, always having to call help desk. Software is such you cannot problem solve yourself. Losing sales due to software issues. Helpdesk tells us to purchase more equipment/software to solve problem. Which is very expensive. We are a small hardware store. Original cost over 60k, costs about 10k a year to maintain. Stay away!!!
