Geat fast service, and they allow 18+ to rent from them, so it makes it super convenient for tech schoolers to get out and explore califirnia. MAKE SURE YOU PLAN AHEAD AND RESERVE UR CAR!!! (Do it online) They have few cars so first reserve first serve....

It was smooth and quick and most of all it was on base which made it easy. My only problem is the guy that filled in for Kat wasn't professional at all I mean he didn't know what street what building number where we supposed to drop off the rental car 🚗 after 6pm. I mentioned that I was on base putting in gas and I should be there like maybe 6pm and he said after I hang up the phone I'm gone so that leaves me with driving around finding the area to drop off the car. And not everyone on Travis Air Force Base know where that parking lot to drop off the rental car at because I ask a few couple guys and they been here five months or almost a year and and they never heard of it didn't even know there's a Rent-A-Car on base😳

Best experience ever!!! I'm active duty military and been to many rental places all over the country. I was truly impressed by them, I had a very positive experience. Catherine (Kathy) was the best!! So professional and went out of her way to help me! I would most definetely recommend this to all people!

Enterprise Rent-A-Car Travis AFB, CA- I love renting here at Travis AFB. It is a safe place and the vehicle they provided me has recently been serviced and it is a brand new vehicle. The agents are friendly and very helpful. I will always rent a vehicle here. Good Job.

Usually,have good experiences, from Concord, Fairfield, online, usually not a problem however the last experience the week of june 30th 2012. IT was not a good experience, didn't get points for rental, price was not quoted correctly... a mess! Very strong need for better customer service skills, honesty and accuracy!! Not at all happy with last experience and disappointed!
