I've had an account here since 1993. I have recently just went to a new bank for the following reasons:1. They take too long to process any transaction2. Your deposits are not available at midnight, but rather after they've had their morning coffee3. They hold pending transactions too long, as a way of trying to access fee on your accountThe positive: they have a very straight forward overdraft policy, there is no grace period, but no daily fee either. you're charged the overdraft fee, they pay up to 500 and that's that, real black and white, none of that "at our discression BS" or "everyday purchase" non-sense.
