Feedback:

Slow service on the busiest days. 5 tellers, most like to talk about lives instead of getting people in and out. Tellers staring at ground, computer or walking away -not helping as lines stretch to the door. Stop talky more worky.

These people are greedy loan sharks. Terrible customer service. Go somewhere else if you need a loan. ENT is usury at its worst.

The security employee who is also graciously a door man for almost every person , is so nice!! He always makes my day with his genuine kindness .

Horrible Customer Service. A manager basically told me they have no responsibility to their customers in case of fraud. I love credit unions, but Ent has displayed themselves terribly. At least the "big banks" smile while they're robbing you.

I joined a credit union to do Credit Union shared branching. This credit union decided they don't want to accept my deposits.

Hoping to save one person from having to endure their rudeness. Opened my account and they lady made it seem this was a great credit union with people who care (Powers Location). I was excited until I had to do my face to face transaction through drive thru - the lady was seriously annoyed I interrupted her friend time to help a customer. very rude interaction, only said a few words to me - made it know she was annoyed. This was upsetting. Went a different time inside the branch. The teller was fiddling her hair while having a conversation with co-workers and again annoyed she had to help a customer. This time I let it be known this was upsetting behavior - no one caredThe final straw was I received emails that I purchased items that I did not - I tried logging in and my account was locked. Went to the branch. Teller having a hey day with co-workers had to work - received an annoyed look (i guess I should expect this) I told her what happened and that I cannot log in to verify. Her first question was - can you tell me the pending charges. If I could log in I would. She seemed more upset she had to call to see why my account was locked and she had to print my charges. I asked for someone else - She was worse. Couldn't help me, told me not worry because she didn't see charges. I went to a different branch - still felt like I was an inconvenience to be there but they were able to help.I finally decided after 6 months of this to change banks - when I closed out they didn't care. No question as to why. Just printed my checks and handed me a close out receipt and that was it.THIS CREDIT UNION THINKS YOUR SERVICE AND HELPING YOU OUT IS AN INCONVENIENCE TO THEIR SOCIAL HOUR WHILE AT WORK.
