Amazing people and the best bank I've ever worked with. No BS and they allow open carry. Will always be my bank of choice after all the hectic stuff I've delt with at USAA and wells Fargo and TCF.

I had a “Too big to Fail” bank for many years. The employees were professional but almost overtrained. Their responses were almost robotic. Like pre-programmed responses based on my question designed to maximize revenue for them, not to make my life better.The employees at Ent are also friendly and professional but but they also have the personal touch. And it’s that personal connection that does it for me. But it makes me wonder, what does “Ent” stand for?They are good at engagemENT and endearmENT and give customers excellENT treatmENT.It’s a bank so maybe investmENT, retiremENT, or paymENT. The employees are nonbelligerENT and are definitely untracompetENT. Thats a testamENT to upper managemENT who have obviously made a commitmENT and are excellENT.Even the security guard is magnificENT. But don’t make a fraudulENT withdrawal without consENT or he will make sure it will lead to your confinemENT. But hey it’s just my assessmENT of this establishmENT. And I’m not only talking about the one in MonumENT. Thanks ENT!

We are new in town and needed a new bank. From the opening of our account their staff has been professional, friendly and helpful. They've taken my phone calls, replied to emails and offered the best service that most people expect from a financial institution today. Thank you ENT !

The employees at this location (along with every Ent I have visited) are ridiculously helpful and kind. Every single time I go here, the folks working are always happy and willing to answer my questions; in fact, I have never once met someone here that was remotely rude or pushy (compared to Wells Fargo for example...). Keep doin' you Ent!

Ridiculous that this is one of the few branches that does shared banking and that they close at 5 pm!! The drive through is open but they can't do shared banking there.
