Customer service is not their priority, just fees. Working as an executive at a company, it really confounds me how businesses like ENGS can be so short-sighted. The amount of fees that they will generate from a few customers whom they treat poorly is certainly eclipsed by the amount of revenue they WONT receive from repeat customers, referrals, and early payoffs.
