Extremely poor customer service. When I asked to speak to a supervisor, I was told I had to write a letter and mail it. I was also told it would take 7-10 business days to get a response. Too slow !! This company also charges bogus fees with the hope that their customers won't figure it out. CONSUMER BEWARE ~
