Client Review on Embark Credit Union

Been a member since the 1990s, but am working on moving to another Credit union. When I call with a question, it's hard to talk to a person, and if I get a person - they don't know the answer or pass me around to another person ---who doesn't answer their phone and have to leave a message. Leave a message, only don't hear back and have to start over again. The lack of service and knowledgeable people is why I'm leaving. Miss the days when Penny or Gayle were there, call them tell them what I need, stop in, sign and go. Now you need an appointment and have to wait wait wait. Not waiting anymore...I'm leaving leaving leaving.
